Cacao and Sound Bath in Notting Hill

Rooted in one of the world’s oldest holistic traditions, this Cacao and Sound Ceremony melts ceremonial-grade cacao with gentle movement, breathwork, and a relaxing Sound Bath.

Cacao has been used as a sacred plant medicine for centuries. Today, we honour that history by bringing ancient rituals into the modern world, helping you slow down and welcome in more ease.

Cacao and chocolate aren’t quite the same thing. Ceremonial cacao is naturally high in iron, magnesium and B-complex vitamins.

It’s made from ground cacao beans, water and a little agave syrup all mixed together. Whilst the taste is a little bitter, it’s also deeply warming (and vegan friendly).

Sound baths are generally safe and beneficial for most people, but there are some situations where caution is advised. If you experience epilepsy, severe heart conditions, severe mental health conditions (schizophrenia and psychosis), tinnitus, or you are in the first 3 months of pregnancy please do get in touch before buying your ticket.
