About this Event
Join us for a 6-week walk/run programme starting in Cabra Parkside, designed for adults of all fitness levels — whether you’re completely new to walking/running or looking to ease back into regular activity.
This programme focuses on building confidence, fitness and consistency in a supportive and social environment. Sessions will include a mix of walking and gentle running, progressing gradually over the six weeks.
