Join Park Interpreter Mike as he presents the fascinating story of the artists and authors who shaped the public image of Mount Greylock through their creative work and inspiration. Herman Melville, Henry David Thoreau, Thomas Cole, Walter Pasko and William Tague are a few of the many artistic personalities from the 19th-Century to the present that left their indelible mark on the character of The Great Hoosac.
Participants are encouraged to share their own literary and artistic inspirations found in these Berkshire Hills!
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
