Get ready for our Holiday pack walk! CPR is leading the "pack" for another fun-filled community pack walk. Some of our adoptable dogs will be in attendance and all breeds are encouraged to join! Use these walks to socialize your dogs, meet some cool folks and an excellent opportunity to get those steps in.These walks are on the last Sunday of the month, in different locations throughout Oakland and beyond. This month, we'll be walking along the water in Hercules AND we are having a special holiday pack walk, which means starting at 9:30 am we will be providing coffee and bagels for all attendees, so come early and hang with us.
MEETING SPOT: We'll meet at Railroad Park in Hercules, right next to Leila’s By The Bay restaurant. There should be plenty of street parking. Call (510) 463-4277 if you have trouble finding us! This month's pack walk is approximately 3 miles on a fairly flat, scenic walk along the water, out and back. Plan to wear comfortable shoes and bring water for you & your pups. Please make sure to have a secure collar, prong &/or harness on your dog, as all dogs will be kept on leash (maximum of 6ft long and no Flexi-leads permitted).
These events are free to the public. Please be respectful of other dogs' space and ask before you let your dog greet another dog. Please bring poop bags to clean up after your pooch, as well as water.
