Join us for the Official Release of my new album “Taking The Long Way”. The Show will be held at the Beautiful Clemans Theater For The Arts, home of East Lynne Theater Company. Clemans Theater is located in the former Historic Allen AME Church in Cape May.
I’ll be joining my Dad, Bill Smith, with some harmonies on his great set of tunes to start the evening then taking the stage to perform songs from my new album.
This CD has been a long time coming and I’m looking forward to sharing the songs... and the journey with y’all First.
C. Lynne Smith is Unusual. If Patsy Cline, Melissa Etheridge and Janis Joplin had a child she would be it. Her dynamic, soulful vocals combined with intricate guitar picking perfectly compliment her insightful lyrics.
A prolific songwriter and multi-instrumentalist she has yet to be cornered into a single genre. Her style ranges from traditional country with a modern feel to folk, rock, blues and beyond.
When she isn’t songwriting she spends her time performing in the NJ and PA area.
