予約不要。どなたでもー。
私たちは生きているので、C I 初めての方もたくさん踊っている方も、どなたでもその人のペースでご参加出来ます。
内容：自然の体や感覚を起こして、C I の基本的な事から、ダンスへ〜。
踊る時間もたっぷりあります。
体のイロイロな側面からの認識や、（やっておくといいのではと感じる）真ん中の探求や、体のつながりの再発見等から踊っていきます。（前半、真ん中、後半、体のつながり）
水分補給をお忘れなくー。体調の悪い方や37.5℃以上の方はお休み下さい。手洗いうがい足洗い等、感染予防対策にご協力下さい。無理なく無理せずー。
