What to expect:
Allow yourself to lie down, let go, and be carried by sound. Anna Houston’s cello, rich, soulful, and steeped in both classical mastery and Irish tradition — will weave seamlessly with Andy Tyler’s soundbath, a powerful layering of gongs, bowls, voice and more.
� Anna Houston is a Sligo-based cellist, composer, and arranger who has performed with NoCrows, The Sligo String Quartet, Declan O’Rourke, Cathy Jordan, Steve Wickham and many more. Trained at the Conservatoire in Bern, Anna brings both classical mastery and the heart of Irish music to her playing.
� Andy Tyler is a multi-instrumentalist, soundscape artist, Reiki Master, and Crystal Healer. His soundbaths combine gongs, bowls, percussion, and voice, guiding people into deep rest, balance, and presence.
Together, they create a field of resonance that feels like medicine. Expect 90 minutes of immersive sound and vibration, followed by spacious time to gently reintegrate.
Bring: 2 blankets, a pillow, warm comfortable clothing (eye mask optional).
