This 4-week introductory course is designed for anyone stepping onto a yoga mat for the first time, or returning after a break.
Over four sessions, you’ll explore foundational poses, breathing techniques, and gentle flows that build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
Each class moves at a comfortable pace, with plenty of guidance to ensure correct alignment and ease of movement. By the end of the course, you’ll feel more grounded, calm, and confident in your practice.
When: Thursdays, 6:30–7:30 PM
Duration: 4 weeks

Price: €60 for the full course
