I don't think anyone would disagree with me when I say that the journey of pregnancy, birth and motherhood is not a walk in the park... it comes with huge sacrifice and challenges greater than we have ever faced in our life!As a mother we are literally responsible for raising a tiny baby into a fully functioning adult, not to mention all our other daily life responsibilities and roles, plus societal expectations and pressure that we take on.
It's a lot to handle and there aren't enough spaces where we can come and just be truly honest about some of the hardships we may have faced or still are facing.
This is the central theme for our next Birth Wisdom Circle;
♡ TOPIC : The Weight We Carry : Motherhood in the Shadows
Through meditation and journaling, we’ll gently reflect on what feels heavy right now, with the option to share from the heart in a supportive space.
Sharing is always optional, yet when we give language to what has been sitting in the shadows, something softens and we often feel lighter & less alone.
There will also be time to chat and connect over tea and yummy treats afterwards.

This circle is for all mothers at any stage of their journey, from pregnancy to mothers with older children.
