Join BZP Riverside Yin Yoga Moai with Kristin, a 10-week Saturday morning practice dedicated to the art of slowing down. Yin yoga targets the deep connective tissues of the body through long, supported holds that release tension you didn't even know you were carrying, leaving you feeling lighter, softer, and more at ease in your own skin.
Rooted in the Okinawan tradition of Moai, the lifelong social circles behind some of the world's longest-living communities — this group is proof that the best version of yourself shows up more easily when you're surrounded by the right people.
