For the next ten weeks, each Vital Sculpt HIIT Moai meets regularly to move together, stay accountable, and encourage one another along the way. Whether you're new to Jazzercise or already love it, this is your invitation to be part of a motivating group that helps you show up and feel your best.
Vital Sculpt is an invigorating HIIT-style class that promotes strength, vitality, and long-term hormone health with a science-backed blend of targeted sculpting, high-intensity cardio, and functional movement training.
