Join us for our Blue Zones Project Sunday Cardio Sculpt Moai, a fun, energizing group experience rooted in connection, movement, and well-being. Inspired by the Okinawan tradition of moai, this is more than just a fitness class. It’s a supportive space to build lasting friendships, stay active, and boost your physical and mental health, all while having fun.
For the next ten weeks, each Moai meets regularly to move together, stay accountable, and encourage one another along the way. Whether you're new to Jazzercise or already love it, this is your invitation to be part of a motivating group that helps you show up and feel your best.
In Cardio Sculpt you will feel lighter, stronger, and happier after 40 minutes of high-intensity, dance-based cardio followed by strength training and stretching.
