Join the Moody Mondays Yoga Moai with Cheri, a 10-week Monday evening practice that meets you right where Monday leaves you.
This is a space where every mood is welcome, every body belongs, and every breath is a fresh start. Because sometimes the most powerful thing yoga can do is give you permission to feel it all, and then gently help you let it go.
Rooted in the Okinawan tradition of Moai, the lifelong social circles behind some of the world's longest-living communities - this group is built on radical honesty and the kind of community that keeps you longing for more.
