About this Event
Join us for our Blue Zones Identity Fitness Moai with Affirmotions! Affirmotions is a beginner-friendly, community-based wellness experience that combines movement, music, and mindset to support whole-person health.
Each session integrates low- to moderate-intensity activities such as walking, Pilates, yoga, light strength training, and rhythm-based movement with guided affirmations designed to improve mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace in a supportive and uplifting group environment. No experience is needed. All fitness levels are welcome. Intensity Level: Beginner / Introductory (low- to moderate-intensity)
Inspired by the Okinawan tradition of Moai, this is more than just a fitness class. It’s a chance to build lasting friendships and stay active.

Location: 2911 9th St. Riverside, CA 92507 (Affirmotion Studio inside Second Birth Church)
