Join us for the Blue Zones Project Cardio + Vital Sculpt Moai, a 10-week experience designed to do more than just get you moving. It's a chance to find your people, build real friendships, and show up for your health and well-being.
A Moai (Moh-eye), rooted in the Okinawan tradition of lifelong social connection, wraps your workout in a community that keeps you motivated, accountable, and genuinely excited to come back.
Cardio + Vital Sculpt is a 45-minute class that blends high-energy, dance-based cardio with strength training and stretching, leaving you feeling lighter, stronger, and happier every time. It's a medium-intensity workout that's welcoming to all fitness levels, with movements that can be modified so everyone can participate and thrive at their own pace.
For 10 weeks, you'll move together, cheer each other on, and build habits that go way beyond the gym.
