Join us for our Blue Zones Project American Sign Language (ASL)Walking Moai—a unique experience rooted in connection, movement, and communication. Inspired by the Okinawan tradition of moai, this gathering is more than just a walk. It’s a chance to build meaningful relationships, learn and practice American Sign Language (ASL), and support your well-being in a fun, engaging way.
Led by a Deaf medical student, Kevin Bernadt, with a passion for preventive care, each session combines light movement with interactive ASL practice and practical, lifestyle medicine-based tips to help you live healthier, longer. Whether you're brand new to ASL or looking to build your skills, this is your invitation to learn, connect, and grow together.

Join us on Saturday, April 18th at North Park (3200 Mission Inn Ave., Riverside, CA 92507)to celebrate well-being with friends. This first class is a meet and greet opportunity with your instructors and a chance to celebrate health and well-being.
