DO NOT MISS THIS SERIES! Meet Your Facilitator: Dr. Erick Miranda is a Harvard Medical School Grad with 20+ years of clinical experience, and is also Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine.
Overview: This 10-week lecture series explores the six pillars of Lifestyle Medicine, with a strong emphasis on Eating Wisely and making informed daily choices. Using evidence-based lectures, the series will highlight the powerful role food plays in overall health, disease prevention, and long-term well-being.
What To Expect: Participants will engage through reflective journaling, guided online education, and interactive cooking demonstrations that translate science into practical, sustainable habits. The course is designed to empower individuals with both the knowledge and skills needed to create lasting, health-promoting lifestyle changes.
These sessions are led and supervised by Lifestyle Medicine physician Dr. Erick Miranda, MD.
Language: While Dr. Miranda speaks Spanish and can answer questions in Spanish, this workshop experience and all materials will be presented in English.
