Join this 10-week series to enjoy gentle movement for all levels as the sun sets on the river!
Tai Chi is a “slow motion” practice, combining gentle movement, mindfulness, balance and strength. This class is open to all ages and experience levels, and is a true beginner series. Feel free to join even if you’ve never done Tai Chi before. Each class will include water breaks and time for connection and meeting others.
This series is led by BZP Petaluma Ambassador Lisa Pender, who has years of experience teaching Tai Chi for all levels, and accessible to all ages.
Dates: Mondays from June 1 - August 3
Time: 5:15pm Arrival, 5:30 - 6:30 Class
Location: The Floathouse (50 Water Street)

What To Bring/Wear: Please bring a water bottle, comfortable athletic clothing, and appropriate gear for the summer weather.
Parking: Street parking available
Participation: You are encouraged to attend as many of the 10 sessions as possible.
Pets: No pets please
Ages: All ages - children are welcome if they can enjoy a facilitated space on the river.
