It’s that time again—and we are excited about hosting our 49th Annual Byrd Patterson Family reunion in the Queen City, Charlotte, North Carolina. From Friday, August 7, 2026 – Sunday, August 9, 2026, we’ve planned a special and meaningful reunion that will remind of the intent of family fellowshipping together in a relaxed fashion. Our theme this year is “Back to the Basics” which is all about getting back to what truly matters—family, connection, love, and togetherness. Life moves fast, but this weekend is our chance to slow down, catch up, share stories, laugh often, and make new memories; therefore casual attire is suggested for the entire weekend.

Charlotte Douglas International Airport is the primary airport; however, Concord Regional Airport is a viable option as well.
Host Hotel

Reunion Registration
Reunion Registration will be handle here through Eventbrite till July 15, 2026. Costs for reunion registrations are as follows and do not include fees associated with Eventbrite administration:
• $85 (ages 6 and up) *
• Free for children under 5
After July 15, 2026, this site will be deactivated and registration will be received onsite via cash only at an onsite fee of $100 per person.
