A special class series catered to mamas & dads! Join us October 3rd, November 7th & December 5th at 11 am for a 50 minute core & pelvic floor focused reformer workout with your little one! New parents are welcome to BYOB up to sitting/rolling age. Bring a carrier, Dock a tot, or blanket to have next to your reformer. There will be an extra set of hands to help during your workout!
