CUADC proudly presents Lynn Nottage's play "By the Way, Meet Vera Stark" as the Week 6 ADC Mainshow. This play focuses upon a forgotten actress from the Golden Age of Hollywood: Vera Stark (a fictional African-American whose character is inspired by Theresa Harris). The story is centred upon racism, academic erasure and the instability of the film industry. Focused upon women's history, especially that of black women, "By the Way, Meet Vera Stark" is running in the same week as International Women's Day
