A talk and tasting with local coffee professional Will Davies, looking at Skylarks ethical business practices through the speciality coffee supply chain, while tasting through some of their best work.

Most of you might know Will Davies as the owner of mec coffee shop in Cathays but he has been working with Skylark for the past two years.
Skylark are a non-profit coffee roastery who started in 2019, working towards helping to repair both environmental damage and human exploitation within the coffee industry.
"We source superb coffee for specialty coffee businesses and individuals thanks to savvy buying, roasting and relationships, then we give away all our profits to charities working on the margins."
