Guided by Alex & Steph, you’ll experience a rich soundscape featuring live-looped music, traditional sound healing instruments, and gentle meditation. When combined with the natural world, the immersion becomes a truly unique multi-sensory experience

This experience welcomes all levels of practice. It’s a quiet, meditative space designed for ages 13+, offering an environment of relaxation and stillness for guests that isn’t suitable for little ones.
