Community Sauna
Ambient Sounds Sauna (12:00 – 1:00 pm)
Soft ambient sounds will play as you enjoy your sauna. Perfect if you’re looking for a quieter, more reflective sauna experience.
Treat yourself Sauna (1:25 – 2:25 pm)
During this session you'll be enveloped in gentle ambient sounds in the sauna to help you unwind and fully relax. Fresh fruit will be available to snack on, along with spring water infused with lemon and cucumber to keep you refreshed and hydrated between rounds. The water used for pouring over the sauna stones will be sourced from a traditional healing well, and infused with locally foraged plants.
Ambient Sounds Sauna (2:50 – 3:50 pm)
Soft ambient sounds will play as you enjoy your sauna. Perfect if you’re looking for a quieter, more reflective sauna experience.

What to bring:
– Swimwear (required)
– Towel (Please bring an extra towel to sit on if you can :)
– Water bottle & water
– Warm layers for afterward
This is a sauna event. Use of the loch is optional and undertaken at your own risk.
Getting here
Kinghorn Loch
If using GPS, enter “Paddleboard Fife” - this will take you to the lochside car parks.
There is parking by the loch, with two overflow car parks (see maps below).
Public transport:
Nearest train: Kinghorn train station
Nearest bus: Croft-an-Righ stop (Stagecoach 7A)
Please allow around 20 minutes’ walk from both the train station and bus stop to the loch.
