BWR 15th Annual Women of Power National Summit

Hello Sistars,

We are gearing up for 2026, a year that calls us to be bold, grounded, and together.

While the times remain uncertain, one truth is unwavering: when Black women unite, we shift culture, influence policy, and transform our communities. The past few years have brought both herstoric victories and painful setbacks, reminding us that our power is not meant to be carried alone, but shared, protected, and multiplied through collective action.

If you believe 2026 is a moment for Black women to stand united, strengthen our collective power, and move forward with purpose, we invite you to join us for the 15th Annual Black Women’s Roundtable (BWR) “Women of Power” National Summit, taking place March 11-15, 2026 in Arlington, VA and Washington, DC.

The 2026 BWR Women of Power National Summit will center the theme:

“United We Win: Building Power, Protecting Our Rights & Freedoms, and Advancing Opportunities Together!”

This milestone 15th Anniversary BWR Summit is a 5-day transformative experience designed to:

• Foster unity across generations and movements
• Create brave and affirming spaces for truth-telling and healing
• Strengthen organizing, leadership, and collective strategy
• Prioritize radical self-care as a tool of resistance
• Reaffirm that our individual power is strongest when we move as one

BWR Summit ’26 will once again be a hybrid gathering, allowing participants to join in person or virtually. We encourage women of all ages and girls (13–17) to participate from across the nation and the African Diaspora.

This is our time to gather.
This is our time to align.
This is our time to rise together.
