Get ready to roll up your sleeves and join BWELL for our Adopt-a-Garden initiative this summer at Freedom Park! Together, we’ll be beautifying and maintaining a community garden space while connecting with nature, making friends, and creating a welcoming environment for all. Freedom Park holds deep historical significance as a site honoring the Underground Railroad and the courageous journey of freedom seekers who crossed through Buffalo to Canada in pursuit of liberation. This space serves as both a place of reflection and a celebration of resilience, freedom, and community. Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or simply love being outdoors, we invite you to come grow with us as we help Freedom Park bloom this summer!
