BWCV Boxing Class

Join us for a high-energy beginner-friendly boxing class ! This class is designed to help women build confidence, relieve stress, learn real boxing fundamentals, and have fun in a supportive community environment.

Expect boxing drills, movement, partner work, cardio, and good energy. No experience needed just come ready to move, challenge yourself, and remember: stay pretty, stay dangerous.
