A 30 minute talk about identifying common butterflies followed by two walks, one for families and a longer walk for adults.
About this Event

Meet at the Ranger Cabins, Marbury Country Park, Marbury Lane, Northwich, CW9 6AT. There is a charge for parking which is currently £1.50 for 3 hours and £2.50 for longer stays.
From the car park walk into the park itself and the ranger cabins are on the left.

The morning session will be open to the general public. It will start at 10.00am with a talk about identifying common butterflies.
Starting at 10.30am/10.45am two separate walks are proposed on well surfaced routes to see what butterflies are on the wing.

Walk 1 – Families with younger children and adults with limited mobility.

Walk 2 – A longer walk for adults and older children will include visiting the White-letter Hairstreak site.
There will then be a lunch break (please bring your own food and drinks) followed by the Butterfly Conservation group’s AGM which will be for members only.
