Want to start the morning with a moment of calm? Need to decompress from the work week? Join us for Butterfly Meditation every other Sunday, meditation includes 10 minutes of guided meditation followed by 50 minutes of silent self reflection in our Butterfly House, surrounded by tropical plants, butterflies, moths, and a few quail.
There will be seating provided, or you can bring your own yoga mat. Our lovely Visitor Relations Coordinator, Ashley Sinclair, will be leading the meditation. This meditation with butterflies is limited to 15 participants and pre-registration is required. Water bottles are encouraged and free lockers are provided for purses, coats, jackets, and other warm layers. Please show up at least 5 minutes before 9am, as late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
Registration does not include admission to the Insectarium; MBHI does not open for regular business hours until 12pm on Sundays.
