In this class, you’ll be taught by our incredibly talented head decorator Aziz , who holds a degree in ceramics and brings over 10 years of experience as a professional cake artist. He’ll walk you through the process step by step, sharing professional techniques and tips throughout.
You’ll learn: How to pipe beautiful, buttercream flowers in a variety of colors

How to build and assemble the two-part “box and lid” cake structure , including support and stability tricks How to create an edible cake lid over the cake

The techniques can be further used in other designs, such as wedding cakes with buttercream flowers, cupcakes with flowers or themed cakes like Ninja Turtles peeking out of a sewer. Exclusive discounts on recommended products to keep practicing at home
Each participant will assemble and decorate their own 6-inch cake to take home (please note: we don’t bake during class — you’ll be working with pre-baked layers provided by us).
