This one’s for the lovers of GOOD butter, GOOD bread + GOOD wine.
We’ll be serving a menu of small-batch butters from a Nottingham-based artisan maker... bold flavours, top-quality ingredients + the kind of butter you’ll think about long after the night ends. And then we need something to spread the butter on!! Don't worry, TOPSY'S KITCHEN will be baking fresh tiger bread, 3 flavours infact, to make sure we get our fix!!
The reason this event exists? I recently went to a Michelin restaurant for my birthday + I have not stopped thinking about the butter since. When butter hits, it really hits.
A menu of 4 butters paired with freshly baked bread + a simple, thoughtfully chosen wine list designed to complement every swipe, spread + scoop.
It’s intimate. It’s indulgent. It’s very, very delicious.
