Buti Yoga Tribe is a fusion of power yoga, soulful flows, tribal dance, strength conditioning, and deep abdominal toning. The beat of the music guides our movement. This unique yoga practice known for its primal movement and pelvic mobility will shape and tone the body. Buti uses Spiral Structure Technique to challenge and shape the body in all planes of movement. This targets deep core muscles that stabilize the pelvis to strengthen the whole-body. It's designed to offer an empowering, energetic, body-sculpting, and dynamic yoga practice. Beyond the physical benefits, Buti is a unique yoga practice of going within to unleash deep healing and strength.
Unleash the warrior from within and get ready to detox, energize and sweat your asana off! Ending class with deeper asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing techniques) to ground down into relaxing Savasana. This experience is great for beginners or experienced Butisattvas. Invite friend(s) to join our kula tribe!
Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes and bring a yoga mat, towel, and water (available @TW). Hydration Advised!
