This juried art fair showcases more than 80 diverse, high-quality artists from the region and beyond. Taking place annually on the first Saturday and Sunday of June, Butchertown Art Fair is uniquely set in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Louisville. With its tree canopy landscape and 1800s homes, the art fair is an opportunity to show off the beauty of the historic neighborhood.Artists are carefully selected, offering a little bit of everything without feeling repetitive. It’s a true labor of love for the Butchertown Neighborhood Association, who works year around on this event, which provides funds for neighborhood projects, as well annual donations to various neighborhood nonprofits.
The Butchertown Art Fair takes place on the 800 block of E. Washington St. (corner of E. Washington St. & Campbell St.)
