What to Expect at the Pig Party

After a backstage tour of our whole-animal butcher shop, our butchers will break down a half pig while we illuminate where all your favorite cuts originate. Participants are encouraged to ask questions, share recipes, and talk back.

What’s Provided: Beverages and light charcuterie as well as a notebook, class knowledge pamphlet, and a coupon for your next visit.
