Join sisters Ashley Brown & Ariel Nunes for a high-energy, beginner-friendly hip hop fitness class designed to help you sweat, laugh, and feel AMAZING!!!
No dance experience needed, just bring your energy, your friends, and your post-holiday spirit! We've taught 2 classes already, and the feedback has been great. We teach to beginner and intermediate levels in the class.
**What to Expect:
- 1 hour of upbeat hip hop fitness
- Fun, laughter, and zero pressure
- Women’s community + encouragement
- A great calorie burn after holiday feasting
- Yogurt Parfait Social (optional add-on)
Right after class, stick around for a delicious Greek yogurt parfait bar featuring:
