She's also a Chartered Chemical Engineer with a PhD, a globally recognised industry voice who sits on the committees of multiple international oil and gas conferences, and has spent 15+ years building her career in one of the most male-dominated sectors in the world.
She recently moved her family to Cyprus and is now leading global strategy at OLI Systems, a specialist US company – all while raising three girls and building a new life here.
At our event, Giulia will share her real, honest story – how she built confidence, dealt with bias, juggled career and motherhood, and kept going when things got hard. Whether you're growing a business, finding your voice, stepping into leadership or simply trying to do it all while trying to stay sane– this one will speak to you. 💪
