Throughout the course you will design dozens of slides yourself and understand that you don’t need to be a designer to create professional visuals. 

🎯 How to present official work information in an engaging and vibrant way. We will explore how copywriting and storytelling can be used to present even dry information in an engaging way. We'll discuss how to work with text so that even complex topics are easy for readers to understand. You will also learn how to break down large blocks of text into clear logical sections. 

🎯 How to work with structure сoncept and logic in a presentation. We will dive into how to create slides when you need to present a lot of information and data. We’ll discuss how to structure a presentation: where to start how to convey importance and how to conclude effectively. We'll learn how to manage time while developing a presentation to meet deadlines.

SKILLS YOU WILL DEVELOP THROUGH HANDS-ON PRACTICE

💻 Drawing without using specialized design software. Yes, you can create slides in regular PowerPoint that look like they were made by a professional designer. You don’t need any additional design knowledge or software for this. All you need is an understanding of basic visualization principles.

💻 Using visual elements to create engaging slides. You will discover where to find great icons and images for free. We will show you how to select compelling illustrations and explore various ways to integrate them into your slides, ensuring they look cohesive and unique.

💻 Choosing the right colours and fonts. Appropriate fonts enhance the message, while bad ones distract attention. The same applies to colors. We will discuss how to use fonts and colors if you have a corporate brand book. We’ll also cover how to create a visual style if you don’t have any corporate design restrictions.

💻 Avoiding endless bullet points and text blocks. You will learn how to break down large blocks of text into logical sections and visually separate different pieces of information. We will also show you alternatives to overused bullet-point lists.

💻 Presenting a large amount of information on a slide. In professional settings, you may need to include a lot of information on a single slide, which can lead to cluttered and hard-to-read content. We will master techniques to present large amounts of data in a clear and effective way.

💻 Guiding the audience’s attention. You can direct the audience's focus and highlight what you're discussing without pointing at the screen. You will learn how to present information in digestible chunks and create visual emphasis. This technique will be effective even without animations, and it works in a standard PDF file.
