About this Event
Running your own small business or being a one-person band can make Christmas parties tricky. After all, who can you invite? You can go out for a meal with loved ones, or maybe suppliers or customers? But what if you want a work Christmas party where you can let your hair down? That’s what we are creating with the help of Bijou and our Business Networking Celebrates Christmas.
Bijou in Peterborough City Centre kindly hosted our Sober for October event in October 2024. After a recent refurb, they have a stunning new private hire area. The team have invited us back for a Business Networking Celebrates Christmas event in December.
On Friday 5th December we are inviting you to our Business Networking Celebrates Christmas event at Bijou. This event will start from 3pm for informal networking. This will be followed by a brief introduction from the Jade, the venue manager. At 3.30pm attendees will have up to 12 minute to introduce themselves to the other attendees in the room. Attendees will also share what Christmas looks like for their business.
This event will be open until late, as opposed to our normal 5pm finish time. This is because it is an opportunity to celebrate Christmas as a person in business. Bijou has a wide range of drinks, cocktails, mocktails and food available. This makes it the perfect space for our Business Networking Celebrates Christmas event.
Bijou is kindly giving us their private event space for free. In addition, they are kindly supplying chocolates and Christmas crackers.
The lovely Helen and her team at Elite Events ECL have kindly offered to decorate the space too. This will show you what can be achieved with her event décor skills. It will also give us the perfect backdrop for our Christmas party too.
Bookings must be made in advance. The event officially runs from 3pm, but you are welcome to stay for as long as you would like and enjoy some cocktails with Hazel and other attendees.
