We meet fortnightly for connection, support, networking, a guest speaker and heartfelt discussions.
Our talk for this session is “Rupture and Repair in business & interpersonal relationships” Developing resilience & strategies to be able to show up authentically in everything you do.
Eleanor Pelagia is the other half of Harmonise, and creator of Body-Focused Compassion Therapy - integrative somatic practices for wellbeing, including vocal sound healing. Her focus is self-relationship, and how that echoes into our lives. With a background in business training, she cross-pollinates leadership and management strategy with person-centred approaches to create bespoke solutions to business challenges.
