Thanks to support from the Cornwall Council Adult Skills Fund, these courses/workshops are fully funded for learners 19 or over that live in Cornwall.
This seminar is ideal for new or existing team leaders or managers who wish to understand how to carry out and gain maximum value from appraisals and performance management. It will enable managers to understand best practice and how to turn these into useful development and performance tools to optimise individual & team performance.
