Guest Speaker:

We are delighted to announce that our guest for the Business Breakfast will be Claire Watt, Managing Director of . Claire is a qualified HR and training professional, who has worked in HR and Training since 1994 and is highly experienced in all areas of her field.

In a constructive and encouraging session, Claire will address the topic of difficult conversations at work: Many people avoid having difficult conversations at work because they are nervous about the reaction they may receive. However, if these issues are left unresolved, they are likely to worsen. This talk will equip you with practical tips to hold challenging discussions confidently and effectively.

Agenda:

• 8.30am: Registration opens, accompanied by a selection of coffee and tea, as well as a cooked breakfast buffet.

• The first part of the morning is dedicated to networking, where you can mingle and engage in conversations with new and familiar contacts.

• 9.00am: Welcome speech, followed by Guest talk.

• 9.15am : Open discussion, allowing for inquiries from the audience to be addressed.

• Following the presentations, there will be further networking time. Our team will be on-site to help you with introductions.
