London Business Society is the professional body of SMEs shaping the future of business in London (we vet attendees). We host study tours, CPD events networking to help our members connect, learn and grow.Our host and venue:
For this event, we'll be hosted by Barclays Bank Moorgate branch, an easy-to-access location with an exclusive space for our event. Barclays experts and their Eagle Labs specialists, will give us insights into 2025 business trends and share a free toolkit to help entrepreneurs succeed.
Program:
4.00-4.30 PM: arrive at the branch, where we welcome you and connect you with other guests. Free networking.
4.30-5.30: Barclays expert and Eagly Labs specialists share insights into 2025 business trends and what help is available for your business to thrive.
5.30-6.30: mix and mingle networking with mature businesses (LBS host is onsite to facilitate), peer support. Refreshments are provided.
Before 7.00: you leave with a lot of valuable business connections, a better understanding of what's ahead in 2025, and how you can get support.
Who are the attendees
Our LBS members and guests are SME directors from a variety of industries, who have been in business for over a year, have at least one employee, and have current happy clients (we vet attendees).
We might refuse attendance if you're in a clash with an exclusive partner (in this case we give a full refund.. If you'd like to find out in advance, email [email protected]
We strongly discourage hard selling at our events, to other attendees or to the speakers and hosts. This includes asking for contact details of a colleague who you could reach out to, or asking them directly if they need your services.
This event is accredited by OpenCPD
We're committed to continuous professional development, and those directors attending this event will receive a digital certificate with CPD points that they can display on their LinkedIn and use in their personal branding.
How we add even more value?
We create a WhatsApp group with those attendees who wish to start getting to know each other.
Dress code: business casual (no trainers, no jeans)
Refund policy: we refund tickets if we reject an attendee based on our vetting procedure or a clash.
We are unable to refund tickets if the attendee can't make the event, but if you can't come you can give it to someone else, and let us know who is coming.
How much does it cost?
The event is free for LBS members (please use your code).
