Jeff Worrell is the Founder and CEO of Project Civility, a national movement dedicated to restoring respect, empathy, and trust in public discourse. A longtime civic leader and former Carmel City Councilor, Jeff brings decades of experience in public service, community engagement, and strategic storytelling.
He launched Project Civility to address the growing divide in how we communicate—at work, at home, and in our communities—championing civility not as a weakness, but as a powerful leadership stance. Under his leadership, Project Civility has grown from a local initiative into a national platform, including the inaugural Project Civility National Summit in Carmel, Indiana.
Jeff’s work blends practical tools with real-world experience, helping individuals and leaders engage constructively, disagree without division, and lead with integrity in an increasingly polarized world.
