This day coincides with the Global Big Day, the world’s largest birding event. Whether you’re a seasoned birder or just curious, your sightings contribute to a global dataset that supports real conservation action and explore the Bushwick Inlet for the first time in over 75 years!
✨ What to Expect:
We’ll begin with a guided bird walk through Bushwick Inlet Park, exploring local habitats and spotting migratory and resident species. Along the way, you’ll learn how to observe, identify, and record birds—contributing valuable data through platforms like eBird.
No experience? No problem. You can participate for 5 minutes or stay the whole time—every observation helps.
