Join us on Monday 2nd March for an extended workshop “Keep Valsing!”?Robert and Lorraine will be doing a deep dive into the beautiful tango vals musical rhythms, and how to dance to them. Vals can be faster than tango with a different beat pattern and lots of gorgeous circular flows, fluidity and changes of direction.
We will look at some figures you can use to create a light and dreamy dance that feels like you're floating across the floor.??
Come and have a fun evening with some serious learning! ??
Anne from Tango Space describes vals as incredibly rich, deliciously filled with subtleties “Like a big caramel ice cream, with toffee on the top, and cream, and chocolate chips, and extra cherry sauce.” ???
This workshop is suitable for all levels (except complete beginners).
No need to book or bring a partner.
