But they are the reason we show up.
This is more than a race.
It’s a movement bringing hope, remembrance, and real support to families who have experienced pregnancy and infant loss.
Held in honor of Bereaved Mother's Day and during Maternal Mental Health and Mental Health Awareness Month, this event brings communities together to acknowledge grief, share stories, and ensure no parent walks through loss alone.

Why Bubbles for our theme this year: “Because grief bursts differently for everyone.” Throughout the course, bubbles will rise into the air symbolizing the many ways grief shows up.
Some grief is quiet and lingers softly.
Some rises unexpectedly.
Some bursts without warning.
Every loss matters.
Every baby matters.
This family-friendly 5K includes activities for kids, remembrance moments for babies gone too soon, and a supportive community that understands this journey.
