About this Event
Join us on the morning of Saturday, April 25th to enjoy an all-levels workout, and some delicious food and libations.
This is a FREE community event open to EVERYONE!
The Workout
All participants must register for the workout prior to the event. All you have to do is show up, and we will take care of the rest. We will take you through a warm-up, brief and prepare you for the work-out, and make sure you and your friends have a great time!
Afterward, enjoy some food, coffee, and other drinks.
Don't Be Afraid!
If you do not feel comfortable with certain movements, or you just want a modification, that is completely fine! Just like our classes here at RVAPT, we offer multiple modifications for ALL SKILL LEVELS. The idea is to challenge yourself, while also pushing others, and bringing our community together for a fun Saturday morning workout.
NOTE ON CONSTRUCTION:
