Presented by The City of La Crosse Parks & Recreation Department and the Downtown Neighborhood Association each year, this event is full of free activities, live music, and hot coffee and apple cider! From free pumpkin carving, to free face painting, to live music and fall themed games from local businesses, this event is a seasonal staple in La Crosse!
