Join us for our annual Burns Night celebration and haggis supper. This year we are joined by Matt McKay from independent bottlers Rare Find.
About this Event

Burns Night is Scotland's unofficial national day. Join us for a celebration of two of its finest products - Scotch whisky & haggis.

Hosted by Matt Chambers and Karen Taylor - whisky and spirits writers, influencers and presenters, and co-founders of North London Whisky Club and award-winning whiskyforeveryone.com website.

For this event we welcome Matt McKay, the Whisky Maker for Gleann Mor Spirits who own the independent bottling Rare Find brand, as our special guest speaker.

Matt will be bringing six delicious bottlings from the award-winning range of single casks and small batch releases that make up the Rare Find range. This will help us celebrate Burns Night 2026 and will all be accompanied by a hearty traditional Burns Supper.

The ticket price includes the whisky tasting of the six Rare Find whiskies and a serving of the traditional haggis, neeps and tatties (that's swede and potato if you're not sure). A vegetarian haggis option is available - please choose this at the ticket purchasing stage.

Matt will guide you through each whisky and each distillery included in the line-up. Questions are welcomed and encouraged. The haggis supper will be served during the tasting.

The event will take place upstairs at The Old White Bear pub in Hampstead village, NW3. This is approximately five minutes walk from Hampstead Underground station (Northern Line / Edgware branch). Several local bus routes also stop nearby.

The tasting and supper will last approximately 2 to 2.5 hours.

Please feel free to arrive early for a pre-tasting drink. They have a great selection of craft beers and a good wine list.

No previous whisky (or haggis) knowledge needed, just enthusiasm and interest.

All guests are asked to Drink Responsibly.

Strictly over 18s only. Please bring ID if you are lucky enough to look close to that age.
