We're swapping kilts for Midlands charm and haggis for haute Scottish tapas crafted by the culinary wizard, Chef Emma-Louise Yufera from Rodriguez Events.
West Midlands Distillery
Join founder and head distiller Jordan for an in depth tasting experience exploring their maturing Whisky casks as well as cask No.1, the very first Whisky made in the West Midlands.
You will taste 6 drams selected by Jordan that showcase their breadth of cask selection, barley varieties and yeast strains.
Learn about how they select thier raw ingredients to marry with each cask, each one singularly laid down to create unique and flavourful Whiskies.
For those that want to know more, Jordan will take you on a geek dive into the inner workings of how each cask has been created.
Thier first release is pencilled for 11th July 2025, a date that marks their Matriarchs birthday, so this will be one of the last chances to taste cask No.1, which will be put to bed and not make part of that first release.
